Requirements

  • An active Scrum certification and MCSD - Microsoft Software Developer are desired but not required.
  • This job may include the following job duties and is not an all-inclusive list of all job duties that may be required.
  • Employees will be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a closely related field and five (5) years of programming experience.
  • Experience with the following technologies:
  • Experience leading a team to use structured source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Source Safe.

Skills

  • Asp.net web forms
  • CSS, including CSS3
  • Entity Framework
  • Classic ASP
  • SQL Server Stored Procedures
  • Experience with Transact-SQL using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience leading the development of highly performing business applications in a multi-tier architecture.
  • Experience working in an environment using Extreme Programming practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with an Agile Requirements Management tool, such as TFS or Jira.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
