About the role

  • You will work at the intersection of process, execution, and change management-connecting Geo and Territory stakeholders to ensure business processes are clear, scalable, and enable seamless seasonal execution.

  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills
  • Knowledge of merchandising processes and seasonal business operations preferred
  • Willing to work in Beaverton, Oregon

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and develop future-state processes
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Nike Direct, and/or Global teams to implement new tools, processes, and capabilities
  • Drive change management activities, including readiness planning, communication, training, and adoption strategies
  • Support strategic and enterprise initiatives by translating business objectives into practical, scalable solutions and execution plans
