About the role
- Amteck is currently looking to hire an on site Electrical Estimator for a large new construction project in Chester, VA.
- An Estimator is responsible for cost calculations to determine how much it will cost a company to complete a project or provide products and services to its clients.
- They do this by researching the cost of the materials, transport, labor, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- This position reports to the Estimation Manager and takes direction from and provides support to the Estimation Manager in our Lexington, KY office.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of field experience in electrical construction, industrial and commercial
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines
- Ability to travel periodically
- Experience with Accubid Anywhere and LiveCount Cloud software
- Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively
