- Directors at BAO are operators - they don't manage from a distance.
- You'll be embedded with clients, solving their hardest financial reporting challenges, while also building the next chapter of our firm alongside our founding leadership team.
- Own a portfolio of Accounting Advisory client relationships; serve as the senior-most day-to-day point of contact for key engagements
- referral cultivation, RFP responses, proposal development, and closing Recruit, develop, and retain talent at the Manager and Senior Manager levels; build a high-performing team culture
