Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop sophisticated multi-agent systems for process automation and intelligent decision-making.
  • Implement planning, reasoning, and tool-use capabilities using frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGPT.
  • Analyze and document business processes; convert process requirements into actionable agentic frameworks and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for agent-driven process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain data pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases to underpin agent intelligence.
  • Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy across production environments.
  • Lead Agile AI Operations, overseeing backlog management, sprint planning, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing improvements.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, developing robust relationships across functional teams (e.g., IT, business, and UX).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, agent development, or process engineering roles.
  • Expertise in at least three of the following areas: agent orchestration, model development, data engineering, API integration, process engineering, or Responsible AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing AI backlogs, sprints, and team metrics.

Skills

  • A primary focus will be to translate complex business processes into effective automation and optimization frameworks.
