Responsibilities

- Maintains emergency action plans for all permanent and temporary practice and competition venues associated with track.
- Maintains current knowledge base of policy and procedures in accordance with national best practices, rules and regulations set for the the NCAA and SEC.
- Maintains CPR and AED certification.
- Collaborates with ADAP, Sports Psychology and Counseling and Performance Nutrition for the betterment of the whole athlete.
Requirements
- NATA certified for at least 2 years and eligibility for Louisiana state licensure
- However, original transcripts are required prior to hire.
- All candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain that valid work authorization throughout employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with a D1 track and field program.
- Special or Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended days and weekends.
- Travel is required.
- Due to the nature of the position and/or position responsibilities, this position shall be subject to drug/alcohol testing in accordance with University PS-67.
- Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
- Driver's license required.
