Job Description Summary Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7.

Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation.
Perform preventive maintenance on ammonia refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.
Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.
Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.

Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).
Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Keep Our Operations Running, Safely and Smoothly
At Lineage, you'll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7.
Ammonia refrigeration experience required****
Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.
3+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia).
Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.
Skilled with hand and power tools
