Victory Creative Group is a fast-paced, innovative agency working with some of the world's most recognized brands.
Our portfolio includes partnerships with brands like Nike, Jordan, the NBA, Mitchell & Ness, Netflix, and Taco Bell.
From executive keynotes and client presentations to infographics, editorial layouts, and communication assets, you'll translate complex content into polished visuals that inspire and inform.

Design and produce impactful presentation decks (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides) for client and internal use.
Create infographics, iconography, and other visual assets that simplify complex messaging.
Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, audiences, and communications strategies-shaping visuals that tell stories effectively.
Develop and maintain templates, frameworks, and design systems to support scalable storytelling.
Support a wide range of collateral needs, including editorial layouts, email recaps, and marketing materials.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while delivering high-quality, on-deadline work.
Experience developing templates, frameworks, or design systems for scalable use.
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on presentation design, infographics, or editorial work.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
