3+ years of experience managing software projects from idea to completion
A sense of empathy for Customer and Users
Exceptional written communication skills
Experience working at a startup is preferred, but if you can show how you applied a startup mentality in a larger organization that works, too!
A great attitude and be a friendly, low-ego team player
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant technical experience
