About the role
- The Change Management Specialist is integral to the execution and control of change management processes, practices, and tools during the release of the change request information to the end users globally.
- The remaining 5% of allocated work time will be spent focusing on project initiatives identified by the Manager of Quality Business Systems and Configuration Management.
- The project portion of this position will focus on project initiatives that help reduce the cost of poor quality and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage product lifecycle phases in Teamcenter (PLM Tool)
- Manage part attributes and workflow approvals per defined rule set
- Manage tasks and Change Request/Notices daily
- Develop and maintain knowledge base at subject matter expert level for change management processes and tools
- Schedule and lead change review meetings to achieve performance objectives
- Create and update existing department work instructions and training documentation as assigned
- Effectively manage obsolescence of parts and documents
- Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN University

Requirements
- Experience with Industry recognized PLM and ERP systems
- At least two years of experience in CM, Engineering or Data Analyst environment.
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
