About the role

  • Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and diagnosing electrical and general maintenance issues in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform proper inspections of electrical systems to prevent future electrical service issues
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in preventative maintenance or related field
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a trade school program preferred.
  • Master, Journeyman or Wireman License/ Certification preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills
