About the role
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and diagnosing electrical and general maintenance issues in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform proper inspections of electrical systems to prevent future electrical service issues
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in preventative maintenance or related field
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a trade school program preferred.
- Master, Journeyman or Wireman License/ Certification preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Skills
- Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills
