Our partner is looking for a Business Affairs Manager (Manager, Contracts) based in the United States.
The Business Affairs Manager will oversee contract operations and support the successful delivery of innovative campaigns and content projects.
You will play a key part in protecting business interests while empowering teams to deliver impactful work across multiple channels and platforms.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented business affairs professional with experience supporting creative, marketing, advertising, or production environments.
2+ years of experience in business affairs, legal, contracts, or compliance roles within advertising, marketing, media, or related industries.
Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, including talent agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and production contracts.
Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, licensing, trademarks, copyrights, and talent usage rights.
Knowledge of digital marketing, media production, content creation workflows, and platform-based campaigns.
Familiarity with broadcast, social media, creator partnerships, branded content, and new media environments.

a JD is preferred but not required.
Experience supporting union and non-union productions, including familiarity with agreements involving organizations such as SAG-AFTRA or IATSE, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
