Responsibilities
- Maintain organized production workflows and tracking systems
- Supervise and support digitization technicians and production staff
- Maintain detailed tracking of customer projects
- Perform final quality checks on digitized media
- Maintain strict handling procedures for fragile and irreplaceable materials
- Maintain scanners, digitization equipment, and production workstations
- Support transparency in project progress and delivery timelines
Requirements
- Experience managing production workflows or operations
- Comfort working with digital files, scanners, and media equipment
