Responsibilities
- Implement treatment goals outlined in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)
- Collect and document behavioral data and client progress
- Support development of appropriate social, emotional, and behavioral skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for clinical and billing purposes
- Collaborate with supervisors, Behavior Consultants, and treatment team members
Requirements
- Ability to obtain PA clearances (Criminal Background, FBI, Child Abuse)
- Completion of all required training prior to independent client work
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and work independently
- Participate in required trainings and maintain compliance standards
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in another field with at least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents
- Associate's degree or 60 college credits with 3+ years of relevant experience
