Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Candidate Engagement Build a qualified top-of-funnel pipeline for assigned cleared technical requisitions: AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and adjacent roles (software, cloud, and data engineering).
- Support pre-event sourcing for scheduled hiring events (information sessions, hiring events) as directed.
Requirements
- Expert-level Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency, with disciplined ATS documentation habits (Workable a plus).
Skills
- This is a sourcing-focused engagement - not full-lifecycle recruiting.
