About the role
- The responsibility of the Sample Technician is to setup and operate all tufting machines and blower units in the Pilot Plant for the purpose of producing first pass quality carpet samples.
- Make mechanical adjustments such as bed plate, presser foot, ETC.

- Maintain individual and departmental production records.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating all sample tufting machines to produce carpet samples in a quality, efficient manner.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
Skills
- 2 years tufting operator experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Basic mathematical skills required
- Demonstrate leadership
- Must have normal color vision or average to above-average shade discernment
