You are a practice builder, who leverages a diverse portfolio of projects and business acumen to engage in new clients and project work.

Marketing and developing new business on a consistent basis
Working closely with our marketing team to ensure business development reporting, lead generation, fee development, project
Building the industry's most creative team of designers
Enabling the team to reach their individual potential and maintain a positive team environment
Building staff capabilities through programs that improve individual design skills, technical skills, communication, and project management

15+ years of experience in brand strategy, print design, and environmental graphics
Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
Ability to be client-facing and bring in business
