About the role
- The proposed salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for end-users, servers, networks, and enterprise applications.
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Windows environments.
- Implement, validate, and maintain DoD STIG compliance across systems, applications, and network devices.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and compliance records.
- Support system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and system administration teams to strengthen enterprise security posture.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Clearance
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft ecosystems, including:
Nice to have
- DoD 8570/8140 certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security).
- MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft role-based certifications.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and compliance tasks.
- Experience with log analysis or SIEM platforms.

- The proposed salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000.
