Responsibilities

  • The Administrative/Project Specialist will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support for several faculty and key team members.
  • Oversee faculty members' calendars and maintain their CVs and other support documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support for faculty and key team members, including drafting communications, creating slide decks, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing and tracking expenses and purchase orders.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
  • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.

  • Proficiency with various software packages, including Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and other desktop tools.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in these areas is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable professional work experience.

  • Good interpersonal skills; solid written and oral communications skills.

  • The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization.
  • The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; as well as internal equity.
  • As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay.
