About the role

  • Responsible for ensuring SentryWorlds property and mechanical equipment is maintained in the best possible condition with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and associates.
  • You'll help in ensuring The Inn's property meets and exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • This includes performing guest room and public area maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical equipment, conducting maintenance checks, and completing general carpentry, tiling, painting, and surface repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance activities throughout the property on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other maintenance systems to ensure the safety, security and comfort of guests.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to determine hotel maintenance project needs.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Ability to collaborate and work within a team to resolve issues
  • Associate must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to drive a company car or personal vehicle for company business

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds as needed

Compensation

  • Based on experience and qualification, the pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hour
