About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM (Supply Chain Management) and CRM (Customer Engagement) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of integrated D365 ERP, SCM and CRM solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Design integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems using Azure services, Power Platform, and APIs.
- Own the solution blueprint and oversee governance and compliance with architectural standards.
- Support change management, testing, deployment, and training efforts as needed.
- You will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define solution strategies, ensure architectural integrity, and drive successful end-to-end project execution.
- Be on the ground floor of a small but flourishing practice that could lead to significant leadership opportunities quickly.

- Ability to advise customers on leading practices and business processes from a level of expertise and experience that customers will understand and adopt Preferred Skills:

Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, including at least 5+ years specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM and CRM (Customer Engagement).
- Proven experience leading at least 10 full-cycle D365 implementations.
- Strong understanding of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Expertise in Azure integration services, Dataverse, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and DevOps tools.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert, Functional Consultant Associate) required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skills
- Experience in industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, government, non-profit, professional services, public sector, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI and how to incorporate it into D365
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and security best practices.
