Responsibilities

  • Work with Demand Planning & operations to build scalable approach to forecasting new deals, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to AI & automation to drive sales activities to ensure account & product category penetration Support the rollout of new partnerships, ensuring tracking, reporting, and field visibility are aligned and actionable.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales enablement tools, data hygiene, and decision support models.
  • Support the process definition and creation of support mechanisms for customer success activities including but not limited to account hand off design, onboarding checklists, and QBR templates, etc.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $82,000-105,000 annually, plus the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
  • The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
  • The analyst will support the development and execution of the 5-Year Plan, annual operating plan, monthly operating reviews, and CRM/reporting infrastructure.
  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting Partner with leadership to develop and operationalize the 5-Year Strategic Plan and annual budget; own modeling inputs and execution tracking.
