About the role
- The Senior Superintendent provides execution leadership on multiple and/or complex projects.
- This role focuses on maintaining execution discipline, reinforcing standards, and leading recovery efforts on assigned work.
- Coordination and Scheduling of Vendors and Crew to Achieve Profitability on Project
Responsibilities
- On-time production planning: Plans, sequences, and drives daily and weekly production to meet schedule commitments and milestones.
- Leadership: Leads crews and trade partners with clear expectations, accountability, and consistent communication.
- Budget discipline & resource planning: Manages manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to support budget and productivity goals.
