Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for your own patients - appointments, procedures, interpreting lab work, prescribing medication, following up; similar follow ups on clinic patients when primary vet is not in the clinic or available; Timely completion of charting and tasks expected
  • Coach and support inexperienced doctors and support team members
  • Develop positive relationships with the team
  • Clearly and efficiently communicate wants / needs with the support team and leadership teamAlign with and promote Juno initiativesSeek to understand basic business needs, metrics, and benchmarksExpand your service offerings through CE and trainings
  • Want to grow your professional presence and develop leadership skills

Compensation

  • Juno Veterinary is committed to compensating our team members fairly, competitively and with clarity to support you in your growth!
  • This role has a salary/hourly compensation range of $130,000 to $170,000 per year.
  • There is a bonus component applicable for this role that presents the opportunity for additional earnings on top of your base salary starting at 10%, We're going to keep it real with you.
  • As you progress through the interview process we will be sure to discuss compensation thoroughly and clearly to support your growth and next steps in your career.
  • This role is currently vacant and ready to be filled.
