About the role

  • This is a fully remote, full-time position requiring strong technical skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a commitment to accuracy and thorough file review.
  • From there, you will review your assigned queue of tasks, focusing on items due the same day and prioritizing based on upcoming hearing dates.
  • Each team member is responsible for a similar set of daily responsibilities, allowing for both routine and variety within a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and maintain legal files with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare, review, and process legal documents
  • Manage a high-volume workload while meeting strict deadlines
  • Perform detailed file reviews and audits to ensure completeness and compliance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and case information

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with legal case management software
  • Familiarity with high-volume litigation or collections workflows
  • Experience with document review, auditing, or compliance processes

Nice to have

  • Must be available daily from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed
  • Utilize case management systems and other legal technologies efficiently
  • Track and update case progress and internal systems
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prior legal experience required (high-volume environment strongly preferred)
  • Typing speed of 70+ WPM preferred
  • Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation

  • $20-$30 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
