Position Overview Teaching Strategies is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy, execution, and delivery of our Childcare Center Management system, including billing, staffing, enrollment, and classroom operations.
You will work closely with engineering, design and QA to use AI-enabled development practices across the team to accelerate delivery and ensure quality, while also defining and delivering AI-powered product capabilities that simplify and automate center management workflows.
Success in this role will involve building a high-performing team that uses AI-native development practices to deliver complex roadmap initiatives quickly without compromising quality.
You will launch features that reduce operational effort for administrators and drive measurable gains in adoption, engagement, and retention, and revenue impact.
