Responsibilities
- Lead the development of market-based projects and identify investment opportunities to grow the Liquids Pipelines business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure Planning, Financial Analysis, Value Chain Optimization, and Customer Service.
- Advanced analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- This role plays a key leadership function in identifying and developing growth opportunities across our liquids pipelines and terminalling business.

Requirements
- University Degree in engineering, economics, commerce or related field with 8+ years of directly related experience in business development or in the energy and/or pipeline industry.
- Strong understanding of liquids pipeline systems, terminals operations, and North American crude oil markets (especially U.S. Mid-Continent).
- Experience working within complex, cross-functional environments and getting results collaboratively.
- Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.
Nice to have
- Extensive knowledge of the North American liquids' market, refineries, producers, and midstream companies.
- Established industry network and strong relationships across key market players.
- In-depth understanding of crude oil flows, pipeline systems, and market dynamics.
- Post-graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, or Commerce is considered an asset.
