About the role

  • Job Description: ***English job description follows*** Description de l'emploi: Vous avez une expérience en gestion de Projets-Programme et/ou en développement de systèmes embarqués?
  • Vous avez travaillé dans le domaine aéronautique ou une industrie similaire et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences?
  • Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de l'équipe de développement du Programme A220 dans le périmètre des Systèmes, donc le but est de piloter l'ensemble des évolutions des systèmes embarqués de l'avion A220.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and lead a multidisciplinary development team;
  • Deploy monitoring tools for development projects in line with company standards and with the support of the teams in charge of these processes;
  • Lead the performance monitoring of ongoing development projects, anticipate risks, and define corrective actions if needed;
  • Lead the governance of the IPT's development projects, both for internal teams and suppliers;

  • Manage risks and opportunities during development, and implement mitigation plans if necessary;
  • You know how to manage project stakeholders and influence internal project clients;

Requirements

  • Do you have experience in Project/Program Management and/or in embedded systems development?
  • Ensure that all modifications required by the various portfolios are taken into account, and optimize their implementation to minimize costs and production impacts;
  • Secure the commitment of all stakeholders, and primarily all suppliers impacted by the required modifications in development projects;
  • You hold an undergraduate university degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree, an MBA, and/or a PMP certification are assets;
  • Experience in project management and/or embedded systems development is required;
