Responsibilities
- Perform Ready for Business checks and day to day support operation for Real-time Market Data plant.
- Provide on-call support during day to day support as well as scheduled Sunday (on average once per month).
- Coordinate and manage support with market data stakeholders on major market data events, upgrades and fixes

Requirements
- Skills Required:
- 5 years of experience in Devops or Application Support
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.

- Communiquer avec les bourses, les fournisseurs tiers et les clients au sujet des problèmes liés aux données de marché et réaliser des analyses de causes profondes ( root cause analysis ).
- Automatiser les tâches manuelles et récurrentes via des scripts ou d'autres outils d'automatisation.
- Améliorer les systèmes de surveillance afin d'assurer des opérations plus efficaces, fiables et stables.
- Licence en systèmes d'information, informatique ou domaine connexe, obtenue auprès d'un établissement accrédité
- Maîtrise de l'environnement Unix/Linux

- Proficiency with working in Unix/Linux environment
- Network diagnostic skills and experience with networks and real time messaging technologies (multicast, TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP)
- Scripting skills in either Perl, Python or UNIX shell
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and communicate root cause analysis to stakeholders
- Understanding of Trading Flow and Market Data
- Knowledge of SQL and Sybase
