Responsibilities
- Strategic Implementation Lead Overview Responsiv is hiring a Strategic Implementation Lead to own the customer journey from pre-sale solution design through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Deliver on your commitments and take individual responsibility for the team's successes and failures.
- Build competence in our industry and product.
- You will own the SLAs to respond quickly to prospect and customer questions, as well as internal colleagues.
