About the role

On-Call Requirement: This position requires availability for on-call duties 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to respond to maintenance emergencies as needed. - mobile allowance.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Manage inventory and submit maintenance records and reports.
Comply with all safety regulations and building codes.

1-2 years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required
Valid driver's license required
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
