About the role

  • - Serve as a key marketing expert, planning campaigns, writing content, and working with designers and videographers on marketing collateral (including print, digital, web, social media, and audio/video production). Advise and collaborate with colleagues throughout the company on effective promotion strategies. Must have excellent grammar and punctuation
  • skills and understand the company's brand voice/tone/terminology. Also, have a working knowledge of challenger language and writing for different mediums.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of variable data merge thru InDesign or Microsoft Office
  • Deep knowledge of HTML email campaigns, web and customer relationship systems, including Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Umbraco, Salesforce Email Templates
  • Enhanced knowledge of digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics
  • Understands our customer facing apps and has a deep knowledge of the customer's journey
  • Strong oral and written communication, ability to be a strong communicator and form relationships

  • Five to seven years of marketing, communication or advertising experience preferred, including at least five years of experience in the insurance industry and/or marketing corporation or agency
  • Experience researching, planning, executing and measuring marketing communications projects, campaigns, and strategies
  • Advanced knowledge in a specialty (writing, SEO, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.)
