Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of software engineers in owning all consumer-facing features for our prediction markets product.
- Be a thought leader with product managers, designers, and operations partners to design and launch trading experiences for major global events.
- Define technical roadmaps, establish coding standards, and maintain operational excellence for our prediction market systems.
- Mentor and develop engineers on the team, helping them progress in their careers and achieve technical excellence.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end focus, including proficiency in modern frameworks and languages.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
- Experience managing and leading software engineering teams that deliver high-frequency or high-volume transactional systems.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product management and design partners to launch user-facing products.

- $230,000 - $270,000 USD
- $203,000 - $238,000 USD
- $180,000 - $211,000 USD
