7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end focus, including proficiency in modern frameworks and languages.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
Experience managing and leading software engineering teams that deliver high-frequency or high-volume transactional systems.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with product management and design partners to launch user-facing products.
