Responsibilities
- Support to continuously improve the following, but not limited to, safety programs: incident reporting and investigation, emergency preparedness, hazardous communication, lock-out-tag-out, crane, forklift, industrial hygiene, confined space, fall protection, blood borne pathogen, and hearing conservation
- Support the ERT (Emergency Response Team) and coordinate routine ERT trainings
- Maintain well organized record keeping system
- Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support Environmental requirements and initiatives as needed
Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Experience with railroad regulations/operations
- Knowledge of OSHA and other Federal, State and Local regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google
- Crane and forklift experience
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Keen observation skills and the ability to multi-task
- Basic math skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Industrial work experience
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
Compensation
- Cambria's starting salary range for this position is $60,000 - $77,000.
