- Summary of Position The Vice President of Engineeri ng is responsible for leading and scaling an engineering organization that delivers foundational technologies and capabilities that power user and client experiences.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead, develop, and mentor a highly productive, inclusive, and mission-driven engineering organization.
- Define and execute the technical strategy for foundational platforms and experiences that support large-scale usage across devices and channels.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering leadership team across platform, frontend, backend, infrastructure, and operations domains.
- Guide architectures for high-throughput APIs, design systems, content management, and member/customer-facing core services.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $230,000 - $260,000 In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 202
