About the role
- This role is in-office Monday through Friday.
- This includes supporting testing, data validation, integration monitoring, and cross-system issue resolution to ensure reliable and accurate customer experiences.
Nice to have
- Understand end-to-end customer journeys across retail, eCommerce, and marketing channels
- Monitor and interact with enterprise systems spanning eCommerce, POS, OMS, marketing platforms, and data systems
- Ensure visibility into customer data flows across CRM, AEP, and connected systems
- Identify and troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system issues
- Coordinate cross-team resolution of issues impacting customer experience
- Participate in testing and release activities across marketing technology and enterprise platforms
- Execute end-to-end testing across multiple systems
- Monitor integration pipelines and data flows
Compensation
- $83,000 - $110,000 per year
