About the role

As a CNC Table Operator, you'll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into high-quality fabricated components while working with cutting-edge equipment and technology.
Program and operate CNC cutting equipment to produce parts with precision and consistency. [ Load materials, set offsets, make program adjustments, and ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication processes, making adjustments to improve performance and accuracy.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to develop machining and cutting programs.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine upkeep on CNC machines and related equipment.
Work closely with fabrication teams and supervisors to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop skills in programming, machining, troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and take ownership of your work.

Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing programs.
Experience with fabrication equipment such as plasma cutting, arc welding, or related machinery.
