About the role
- The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support compensation initiatives, enhance process efficiency, and deliver timely, accurate information to stakeholders.
- Leads the compensation team in strategic initiatives to optimize program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Five years of experience in compensation analysis, including 2 years' agency compensation experience
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Skills
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and independent agency operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Ability to read and interpret agency-company contracts and compensation agreements preferred
- Knowledge of reporting or visualization tools preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools
- Evaluates reports on agency compensation, performance metrics, and payout calculations for business stakeholders.
Compensation
- Responsible for administration and analysis of agency compensation programs by collecting, validating, and reporting compensation data while maintaining accurate records and overseeing program implementation.
