About the role

  • Increase the local spend based on the Cost Analysis (in order to improve the cost of the product) Reduce import spend to increase proportion of spend locally based on cost analysis
  • Plan yearly negotiations with local suppliers
  • Review the team's performance and give regular feedback to team members

  • Implement purchasing strategy for local parts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Purchasing
