About the role
- Regularly engaging with the customer to ensure satisfaction is a key component of this role.
- Additionally, the Staffing Specialist is responsible for counseling Associates and terminating job assignments.
- Pre-screen, interview, hire, counsel, evaluate, discipline, and recommend changes in employee status up to and including terminating the employment status of working Associates.

Requirements
- The role involves developing and maintaining continuous applicant flow as required by the client, ensuring safe work environments, and ensuring legal compliance in hiring and firing processes.
- This is a full-time position with typical work hours being Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Periodic nights and weekends may be required as needed.
- Administer assessments as required by clients.
Nice to have
- HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
- Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Staffing industry, manufacturing, HR, or production supervisor experience
Compensation
- Case management of injured employees, including accident investigation and completion of accident/injury reports and worker's compensation packets.
