About the role

  • EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: This is a hybrid position based out of Tampa, Florida.
  • Successful candidates must possess experience in Real Estate Law.
  • The Education Attorney is responsible for the development and delivery of educational programs related to Florida real estate law and title insurance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain course materials that address current real estate and title insurance topics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida and national real estate and title insurance industry developments.
  • Deliver instruction on legal, regulatory, and industry topics at conferences and seminars.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the title industry, social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation best practices.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar), Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and curriculum development
  • Attendance at after-hours company events is required.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging, accessible way.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and training users at varying skill levels.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation delivery.
  • Strong instructional design and training development abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice to have

  • Secure speakers, coordinate logistics, and facilitate the successful execution of seminars and training sessions.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding legal and regulatory topics to promote understanding and compliance.
  • Monitor state and federal legal and regulatory changes impacting real estate and title insurance.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law (Florida preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or title insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law and related regulatory frameworks
