About the role

Responsibilities
- Own project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, and change order management.
- Lead project kickoff, weekly progress meetings, and client communications.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation using Projul.
- drive continuous improvement and quality control.
- Role Summary: We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Superintendent to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing commercial or multifamily projects in the Seattle/PNW market.
- ability to travel to job sites.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, LEED or sustainable construction experience.
- Trade background or additional construction certifications.
- leadership experience preferred.
- 6+ years construction experience
Compensation
- $85,000 per year base + quarterly performance incentives.
- $85,000 base salary plus quarterly incentive program tied to KPIs (schedule adherence, budget performance, safety, client satisfaction).
