Responsibilities

  • Own project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, and change order management.
  • Lead project kickoff, weekly progress meetings, and client communications.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation using Projul.
  • drive continuous improvement and quality control.
  • Role Summary: We're seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Superintendent to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing commercial or multifamily projects in the Seattle/PNW market.
  • ability to travel to job sites.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, LEED or sustainable construction experience.
  • Trade background or additional construction certifications.
  • leadership experience preferred.
  • 6+ years construction experience

Compensation

  • $85,000 per year base + quarterly performance incentives.
  • $85,000 base salary plus quarterly incentive program tied to KPIs (schedule adherence, budget performance, safety, client satisfaction).
