About the role
- The Program Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the CIO's Product and Program Management Office (PPMO).
Responsibilities
- Own the intake queue: receive, log, and route all new work requests through the single intake channel (Coda/JIRA)
- Work with team leads to ensure PPMO tools and processes are being utilized.
- Build and maintain dashboard views in Coda/JIRA for leadership consumption
- Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual PPMO overhead through tooling
- Manage and maintain Jira boards: configure sprints, maintain backlogs, track velocity, and enforce Definition of Done standards
- Process discipline without rigidity - maintains the system without becoming a bureaucratic gatekeeper
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or business analysis
- Experience in an IT or technology organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and agile workflow administration (required)
- Experience with Coda as a documentation and workflow platform (preferred); ability to build Coda docs, automations, and dashboards is a strong differentiator
Nice to have
- Active Scrum Master experience - comfortable facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching agile practices on a delivery team
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath)
- Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Scaled Agile certification strongly preferred: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Agilist (SA)
- CSM or PSM accepted in lieu
- Experience with Coda as a documentation and workflow platform (preferred)
- PMI-CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent certification (valued but not required)

- Compile capacity utilization snapshots and impact summaries from team-reported data
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting summaries, meeting minutes, requirements, report templates etc.
Compensation
- $90,000 - $95,000 USD
