About the role

Full-Time 1.0 FTE; Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 10 Hour Shifts
Our Dentists provide direct dental treatment which includes the provision of care within all fields of dentistry, including urgent care, operative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, prevention and pediatrics.
Appropriate review and management of medical histories is necessary.

Conducting oral exams, interpreting radiographs, and developing treatment plans
During these emergency responses, while typically there begins with a call for volunteers, county employees may ultimately be reassigned from their current position to a role in the emergency response in order to support the critical needs presented by our communities.

A strong foundation in general dentistry with the ability to handle complex cases
Experience working with diverse populations
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cultures, customs, and social experiences of marginalized communities.
