Responsibilities
- Interpret, process, and implement provider's orders.
- Maintain Perform consumer records for smooth, accurate, and safe implementation of medication orders; including ordering prescribed medications form designated pharmacy for timely dispensing.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Phlebotomy skills and ability to give injections
- Participate in the multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in labs, injections, glucometer, UDS testing and pregnancy testing.
Compensation
- $32-$35 per hour (for 37.5 hour work week)

- Proficient in electronic health record.
- Work collaboratively with community providers to provide integrated, whole-person care for consumers and address medical and treatment needs.
- Provide nursing coverage for other clinic locations and departments on a PRN basis.
- Perform rescue functions during emergencies to include administering basic emergency medical aid and evacuating people to safe locations.
