Responsible for coordinating work-related injury cases from report through return to work, collaborating with Occupational Health providers, managers, employees, and third party administrators.
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.

Oversees case management activities, return-to-work coordination, and claim administration support.

This position serves as the primary workers compensation case management resource for Munson Healthcare employees.
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Clinical degree in an Allied Health field or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
3 years Experience in workers' compensation, human resources, occupational/employee health, claims administration, vocational rehabilitation, insurance, or related field.
Workers' Compensation Professional (WCP), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), or similar professional certification preferred.
