About the role
- The Global Esports team is focused on delivering amazing player experiences through Riot Games global esports events and regional competitions.
- You'll sit on game leadership teams to help steer TFT.
- This role reports to the Director, Esports Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional teams to develop a nuanced understanding of local player needs and ensure the global strategy is executed and amplified at the local level
- Serve as a member of Game Leadership Teams, championing and aligning on esports strategy while contributing broader perspective beyond your functional lane to drive the best outcomes for the game
- Background working with community members, especially streamers and content creators, to build programs and products that support their needs
- Manager, Esports Product Management, you will build esports ecosystems, with a focus on Teamfight Tactics, the worlds largest PC strategy game.
- Additionally, you'll support explorations on new titles.
- That mission drives every decision in our quest to create games and experiences that make it better to be a player.

Requirements
- 7+ years of product leadership experience in esports or product management
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing complex, matrixed teams
- Experience working with international teams, especially working with teams in China
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
