About the role
- This role is responsible for the preparation and oversight of trust federal, state, and local tax returns, while serving as a trusted resource to Trust Officers, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, clients, and other tax professionals.
- Salary Range: $92,869.00 - $152,569.00 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
- In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Trust Officers and Financial Advisors.
- Lead and manage the Delaware Trust Tax Services team.
- Support the mission, strategy, and values of Bryn Mawr Trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant tax experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Ability to interpret and apply IRS code requirements to account transactions.
- Excellent technology skills with the ability to operate effectively across multiple systems and platforms.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Compensation
- $92,869.00 - $152,569.00
