About the role

  • Activities will include analysis and interpretation of technical documentation, interface documentation and hardware to facilitate component and subsystem modeling.
  • Duties will include coordination across multiple teams for planning, execution, and regular reporting of emerging and final MS&A results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of applicable experience in development of simulation models, infrastructure, analyses, or related technical work
  • Experience with physics applications, especially electromagnetic code
  • Experience in simulation verification, validation, and accreditation planning and execution
  • Experience with at least one computer-in-the-loop (CIL), software-in-the-loop (SWIL) and/or hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) system
  • Masters Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field
  • Experience in the development and programming of mathematical models to represent actual system or subsystem hardware and/or environment
  • Experience with developing/maintaining a simulation framework
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic simulation tools and use cases as well as applications of various numerical boundary conditions
  • Experience programming in C++, Python, Ansys HFSS, ADS, LTSpice, LabVIEW, MATLAB
