About the role

We have an opportunity for a Mogul Operator I to join our team.
In this role, you will efficiently run and coordinate the daily operation of the Mogul machine according to the production schedule.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting team success.

You will perform minor troubleshooting, ensure product uniformity, and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor and maintain product uniformity in starch trays and prevent starch buildup on the mold board.
Record overconsumption of raw materials and maintain accurate daily Mogul reports.
Report equipment malfunctions and product quality deviations to the Production Supervisor or Lead promptly.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

At least 1 month of manufacturing experience required.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with team members.
Physical ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 1000 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods, use hands for handling, reach with arms, climb or balance, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Participate in required training and perform other assigned duties.
